Certification Training
Southern Management has developed a formal certification program that rewards employees for exceeding set training standards. This program is designed to increase employee morale and technical competence by awarding a patch that is worn on his/her uniform showing his/her level of expertise. As employees progress through these training programs, they receive other pre-determined certifications showing each level of achievement.
As part of our certification process, certain distinct disciplines must be studied in order to gain competence in that particular area. The course of study is divided between classroom, self-study, and extensive practical evolutions. At the conclusion of a set program of study, our employee must complete a practical and a written examination.
This program is highly effective in helping Southern Management employees see themselves as true professionals and as an integral part of our facility service team.
