Strong Local Management 
Located throughout the southeastern United States, we have four regional offices and 19 district offices. Each district manager has the support of multiple, talented area managers and on-site project managers. Understanding that great amounts of supervision are essential for success, no account is geographically out of reach for our teams. You can feel assured our management and superior resources are just a short drive away.
One of the primary advantages of partnering with Southern Management revolves around the assets available from our corporate headquarters. Located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, we house our Human Resource Department, Engineering and Operations Center, Customer Service Department, and our Safety and Training Center. Our Supply Division is also near by to facilitate your supply and equipment needs. Strong management leaders in these departments travel extensively to various jobsites bringing our unique talents, technical support, and resources to you.

Dedicated Safety and Training Departments
In order to ensure a safe environment for occupants and visitors to your facilities, Southern Management maintains a formal Risk Management Department. With a full staff of individuals specializing in safety, workers’ compensation, liability claims and insurance management, the Risk Management Department assists our managers in creating the safest possible environment for those who use your facilities. Risk Management performs periodic on-site safety audits at our operations and is always available for consultation on safety issues.
Southern Management has the resources to provide safety and training programs to all our employees on a regular, recurrent basis. Not only do our employees receive extensive, hands-on instruction during orientation, we also provide the all-important refresher training classes. Products evolve and technology improves, and new methods surface that demand additional training. We encourage promotion from within by offering management training programs and technical certification programs for our employees.
