Our Management Plan 
Organizational Structure
We currently perform all sales, operations, and quality assurance functions through four geographical regions. At the head of each region, we have a Regional Vice President who receives support from corporate specialists in quality, training, technical support, and human resources. Within our regional structure, we have 19 operational divisions. Each district office is lead by a District Manager who oversees the various projects in his/her location and ensures that our procedures are followed and that quality standards are being met. Area Managers, Operations Managers, and on-site Project Managers assist our District Managers. Carefully trained and selected supervisors round out our management staff.
