In 1990, a group of innovative entrepreneurs formed Southern Management Company with the goal of providing innovative, quality driven facility service solutions for the commercial, educational and industrial markets in the southeastern United States and beyond. This group of facility service professionals had well over 300 years of combined experience to help guide them during the early years of the company, many who continue to serve today.
Today, that same entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well within our organization and is one of the factors that distinguishes us from other service providers. It is through this entrepreneurial spirit that Southern Management has become a respected leader in the facility service industry. Even though we have now grown far beyond our initial beginning, that same passion and drive is still alive and well as evidenced by our exemplary management team and our satisfied clients.
Southern Management realized the need to expand our service delivery capabilities beyond the southeastern United States in order to provide service to clients whose facilities were located throughout the country. To meet this objective and to address the needs of clients who desire national service agreements, we entered into a strategic partnership with OneSource, a leading national provider of facility services. This partnership enables Southern Management to respond to your nationwide needs by our utilization of our partner’s national mechanical, maintenance and landscaping divisions.
Southern Management currently provides services in numerous markets and is well positioned to handle everything from large single facilities to national multi-site service needs. We can provide you with innovative solutions for whatever needs you may have from custodial services to complete facility service solutions. We can be your local, regional or national service provider of choice.
Today our Corporate Headquarters is located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Although our successful growth and development allows us to be your national service provider in addition to continue as your preferred local and regional service provider, our philosophy remains the same as it was in the beginning . . . provide consistent quality services and exceed customer expectations.
